Happy Saint Patrick’s Day

Posted: 03/18/2010 in Trevor McShane's Music

It’s a tradition on this day to wear green, think go and go green!  Be sure to wear your green and not get pinched.

One of many poems I wrote:

My mind is made of steel, my stomach hard as rock

I’m logical, methodical, pull out all the stops

When it comes to business or sports

But in love, I’m lost

I have such a fragile heart

I’m just a soft touch

Wind it up and it pirouettes, spinning as a top

Until it goes off course

It seeks that dimension those on drugs only dream of

Yes, I like to get lost in — but not abandoned —

When it comes to love

We’re all just spokes on a wheel hurling about

Trying to hang on to a wild ride

It’s faith without doubt

I’m a lion in the world of social commerce

A dedicated man

But when it comes to matters of the heart

I am a lamb.
